MAN RHD V1

Description:
This is a RHD version of the default MAN TGS.

Changes are:
– interior flipped.
– some UV tweaks to correct the text on the dials.
– rear view mirrors adjusted for the new driving position.
– new rear view camera position (head out window).
– mesh for aux mirrors flipped.
